Russia's FSB security service said Thursday it had arrested a journalist who used to work with the US-funded Radio Free Europe media outlet on suspicion of helping Ukraine prepare cyberattacks. Moscow has arrested dozens of its own citizens since launching its offensive on Ukraine in February 2022, accusing them of plotting sabotage attacks or passing sensitive information to Kyiv's army.
