Eurozone producer prices decline in February

Brussels (dpa-AFX) - Eurozone producer prices declined in February due to a notable drop in energy prices, according to data released by Eurostat on Wednesday. Producer prices decreased 0.7% from January, slightly more than the 0.6% fall expected by economists. Prices had increased 0.8% in January. Excluding energy, producer prices edged up 0.1%.
