UNITED NATIONS, April 7 (RIA Novosti) - Russian Permanent Representative to the UN Vassily Nebenzia on Tuesday told his US counterpart Mike Waltz that he would not be hearing "any excuses" from Russia in regards to its vote on a Bahrain-drafted UN Security Council (UNSC) resolution on the Strait of Hormuz.
