A school teacher was stabbed to death on Tuesday by her 17-year-old student in the Perm region of Russia in the Urals, local authorities said. Russian authorities have in the past months reported several violent incidents in schools, including two knife attacks at a university in the Urals and a school in Siberia, and an attack with an air gun in central Russia.
