MOSCOW, April 4 (RIA Novosti) - Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and special presidential envoy for economic cooperation with foreign countries, on Saturday said that Germany is becoming irrelevant to the global economy.  "Germany is becoming irrelevant for the world economy.
