The Israeli army said Saturday its air defences were working to down missiles fired from Iran, which medics reported wounded one person. Israel and Iran have been trading missile salvos since a US-Israeli bombing campaign began in late February, killing Iranian supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and mushrooming into a wider regional war.
