Gennaro Gattuso has been asked to stay on as coach of the national team, Italy's football chief said moments after Tuesday's play-off defeat to Bosnia and Herzegovina which left the Azzurri out of a third straight World Cup. Italy lost 4-1 a penalty shoot-out after drawing 1-1 in Zenica, and became the first World Cup winners to miss three consecutive editions of the tournament, which this year will be held in the United States, Canada and Mexico......
