UNITED NATIONS, March 31 (RIA Novosti) - UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres was "shocked" by an alleged Iranian strike on a Kuwaiti oil tanker in the UAE, warning such strikes could have severe ecological consequences, UN spokesman Stephane Dujarric said on Tuesday.
