China to Launch Tianlong-3 Carrier Rocket on April 2 - Reports

BEIJING, March 31 (RIA Novosti) - China plans to launch its Tianlong-3 rocket, which has similar characteristics as SpaceX's Falcon 9, on April 2, Chinese media reported on Tuesday. The Tianlong-3 carrier rocket is China's first liquid propellant rocket developed by a private company Space Pioneer, capable of launching a payload of more than 20 tonnes into low-Earth orbit, the Kechuangban Ribao newspaper reported.
