WINDHOEK, 30 MAR (NAMPA) – Residents of the Osona Village estate near Okahandja on Monday entered a second day without electricity following a power failure that commenced Saturday evening.
The outage began in isolated sections of the estate during rainfall before the entire community lost power. By Monday morning, the supply had not been restored.
The situation has resulted in the loss of perishable food items and hindered the care of infants.
