Volkswagen, Cupra recall electric cars on risk of battery fire

Wolfsburg, Germany (dpa) - Volkswagen is recalling more than 90,000 electric cars from its VW and Cupra ranges on account of problems in high-voltage batteries that could result in fires, a report from the German vehicle licensing authority (KBA) indicated on Tuesday.
