WASHINGTON, March 24 (RIA Novosti) – NASA has canceled its planned Lunar Gateway space station and will redirect the program toward building infrastructure on the Moon’s surface, NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman said on Tuesday. “As part of this strategy, the agency intends to pause Gateway in its current form and shift focus to infrastructure that enables sustained surface operations,” the press statement said.
