MOSCOW, March 23 (RIA Novosti) - Slovakia's opposition Demokrati Party has submitted over 384,000 signatures to Slovak President Peter Pellegrini to hold a referendum on snap parliamentary elections, party chairman and former Defense Minister Jaroslav Nad said on Monday.
