F-35 Pilot Suffered Shrapnel Wounds After Iranian Strike - Reports

WASHINGTON, March 23 (RIA Novosti) - The US pilot who was flying the F-35 aircraft over Iran on March 19 suffered shrapnel wounds after an Iranian attack, Air & Space Forces Magazine reported on Monday, citing sources. The aircraft was most likely hit by a surface-to-air missile, and the pilot made an emergency landing and is in stable condition, the report said.
