MOSCOW, March 18 (RIA Novosti) - A teenager planning a sabotage and terrorist attack at an Orthodox church in Russia's Ufa on instructions from Ukrainian handlers has been detained and charged, Russian Investigative Committee spokeswoman Svetlana Petrenko told RIA Novosti on Wednesday.
