Hamburg (dpa) - Brighton & Hove Albion are reportedly ready to submit a new offer for young German talent Said El Mala who is having a breakthrough season at Cologne. The Bild paper and Sport Bild weekly said that 19-year-old El Mala has agreed in principle to proposed conditions and that his parents, who are now also his agents, have given their consent.
