MOSCOW, March 17 (RIA Novosti) - The European Union hopes to unblock the 90 billion euro ($104 billion) loan to Kiev "soon," European Commission spokeswoman Paula Pinho said on Tuesday. "With regards to the loan, the very important, consequential loan for Ukraine, there the discussions continue, and we hope and we are confident that we could see some progress in these discussions soon," Pinho told a briefing in Brussels.
