MOSCOW, March 17 (RIA Novosti) - The Royal Navy's UK Maritime Trade Office (UKMTO) said on Tuesday that a tanker damaged while at anchor near the eastern coast of the United Arab Emirates was struck by falling debris following an interception of an aerial target.
