MOSCOW, March 16 (RIA Novosti) - Russia believes that Serbia remains committed to understandings reached between the two countries on arms sales to Ukraine, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Monday. "We had a discussion with our Serbian colleagues, and we reached an understanding on this matter.
