MOSCOW, March 16 (RIA Novosti) - German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius on Monday excluded the country's military participation in ensuring the navigation in the Strait of Hormuz. "We are ready to use diplomatic means to ensure the safe passage through the Strait of Hormuz.
