Kazakhstan's Constitutional Referendum Turnout Over 19% After Three Hours - Commission

MOSCOW, March 15 (RIA Novosti) - Voter turnout in Kazakhstan’s referendum on constitutional amendments stood at 19.21% during the first three hours of voting, Lyazzat Suindik, a member of the Central Referendum Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, said on Sunday. "Nationwide, as of 10:00 a​​​.m. [5:00 a.m. GMT], 2,393,844 people had received ballots, which amounted to 19.21% of those registered to vote," Suindik said....
