China will impose tariffs on imports of a key type of rubber from Japan and Canada, Beijing's commerce ministry said on Friday, finalising anti-dumping probes launched in 2024. Beijing's relationship with Tokyo has suffered since conservative Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi took office in October.
