Global biofuels giant Raizen -- which distributes the Shell brand in Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay -- on Wednesday announced a deal with creditors to restructure billions of dollars in debt. Raizen is one of the largest sugarcane ethanol and bioenergy companies in the world, and is owned by Brazilian conglomerate Cosan, and Britain's Shell plc.
