Hungary's Energy Minister Gabor Czepek said Wednesday that a delegation had gone to Ukraine for talks on reopening a pipeline supplying Russian oil to Hungary and Slovakia. The delegation, including representatives from Slovakia, would "engage in substantive dialogue", said Czepek. Ukraine said the Druzhba pipeline was hit in a Russian attack in January. Hungary and Slovakia have accused Kyiv of deliberately holding up the reopening of the pipeli......
