MOSCOW, March 7 (RIA Novosti) - A "minor incident" occurred in Dubai after debris fell, the Dubai Media Office said on Saturday. "Dubai authorities have confirmed that a minor incident resulting from the fall of debris after an interception has been successfully contained.
