MEXICO CITY, March 5 (Xinhua) -- Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum said Thursday that a diplomatic note was sent to Washington to demand clarification regarding the death of a Mexican national who was in the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
