WASHINGTON, March 5 (RIA Novosti) – About 20,000 Americans have safely returned to the United States since the new spike of tensions in the region began after the attack on Iran, US Assistant Secretary of State Dylan Johnson said on Thursday. “Since February 28, nearly 20,000 American citizens have safely returned to the United States from the Middle East,” Johnson said in a statement.
