WINDHOEK, 05 MAR (NAMPA) – Government plans to introduce reforms to value-added tax (VAT) administration, including electronic invoicing and sector-specific relief measures, according to a legal analysis of the national budget released by Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr (CDH) on Wednesday.
