MOSCOW, March 2 (RIA Novosti) - Russian President Vladimir Putin and UAE President Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan noted the need for an early ceasefire in the Middle East and a return to the diplomatic process during a phone conversation, the Kremlin said on Monday.
