Smoke Rising Over Military Facility West of Tehran

TEHRAN, February 28 (RIA Novosti) - Smoke is rising above a military facility that was struck west of Tehran, a RIA Novosti correspondent reported. Earlier in the day, the Israeli Defense Ministry announced its forces had carried out a "preemptive" strike against Iran, and a state of emergency was declared in the country....
