CAIRO, Feb. 28 (Xinhua) -- Iran has agreed not to stockpile enriched uranium in talks with the United States, Omani Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamood Albusaidi said Friday, describing the agreement as a "breakthrough."
