MOSCOW, February 27 (RIA Novosti) - International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) chief Rafael Grossi welcomed US Assistant Secretary of State for Arms Control Christopher Yeaw to Vienna on Friday to discuss issues of nuclear non-proliferation in Iran.
