MOSCOW, February 27 (RIA Novosti) - The G7 nations have issued $3.8 billion in loans to Ukraine in 2026 using proceeds generated by frozen Russian state assets, bringing the total amount of loans given to Kiev since 2024 to almost $43 billion, according to calculations by RIA Novosti based on data from the Ukrainian Finance Ministry and national agencies.
