MOSCOW, February 27 (RIA Novosti) - The Netherlands has been hit the hardest by the European Union's shift away from Russian oil imports, overpaying almost 60 billion euros ($70.8 billion) for imported oil over the past four years, according to RIA Novosti calculations based on data from the European statistical agency Eurostat.
