IAG, the owner of British Airways and Spanish carrier Iberia, said Friday that its net profit jumped 22 percent last year thanks largely to lower fuel costs. Profit after tax rose to 3.34 billion euros ($4.49 billion) in 2025 compared with 2.73 billion euros one year earlier.
