BEIJING, February 24 (RIA Novosti) - The Hong Kong government said on Tuesday that it condemns Panamanian authorities' forced takeover of two ports operated by Hong Kong company CK Hutchison Holdings. On Monday, Panama's government said that it had temporarily assumed control of the Balboa and Cristobal ports on the Panama Canal after voiding the contract with Panama Ports Company (PPC), the local arm of Hong Kong-based Hutchison.
