Brussels (dpa-AFX) - Europe's new car registrations declined in January for the first time in seven months, signalling a subdued start to the year, the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association (ACEA) said on Tuesday. New car sales fell 3.9% year over year in January, reversing a 5.8% increase in December. It marked the first annual decline since June.
