Berlin (dpa) - The German government is seeking assurances from Washington to prevent potential US sanctions from disrupting operations at the PCK oil refinery in eastern Germany, a key fuel supplier for the capital region. A temporary US exemption shielding German subsidiaries of Russian oil giant Rosneft from sanctions is due to expire on April 29.
