ONGWEDIVA, 13 FEB (NAMPA) - Oshana Governor Hofni Iipinge has stressed the need for an academic turnaround plan for the region after it ranked bottom in the 2025 Namibia Senior Secondary Certificate Ordinary (NSSCO) Grade 11 and Advanced Subsidiary (NSSCAS) Grade 12 results.
