CAIRO, February 10 (RIA Novosti) - Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has issued a decree ordering the publication of the first draft of the interim constitution, Palestinian media reported. The draft will be published on a specialized online platform, the WAFA news agency reported on Monday.
