SEOUL, Feb. 10 (Xinhua) -- A fire broke out on Tuesday morning after an oil tank explosion in southeastern South Korea, according to Yonhap news agency. The fire occurred at about 8 a.m. local time at the outdoor tank storage facility in Gyeongsan, about 250 km southeast of Seoul.
