Munich Security Conference head: Germany should give Poland weapons

Berlin (dpa) - Germany should provide Poland with weapons in view of the threat posed by Russia to NATO's eastern flank, the head of the Munich Security Conference (MSC) said on Sunday. Wolfgang Ischinger told newspaper Die Welt that Berlin should deliver a submarine, a frigate or tanks to support Poland's defensive capabilities as a "front-line state."
