A Kenyan court has charged a Turkish tycoon with terror offences, the director of public prosecutions said Tuesday, in the latest legal challenge faced by the billionaire. Osman Erdinc Elsek appeared in a Mombasa court on charges including membership of the Somali insurgent group Al-Shabaab, possession of a firearm, and assault, the public prosecutors office said in a statement on X.
