MOSCOW, February 3 (RIA Novosti) - OPEC+ assesses the situation with global oil demand, supply, and prices as stable, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said on Tuesday. "Now we are observing a balance of supply and demand, prices are stable.
