Cabinet urged to fast-track delivery as time runs out

WINDHOEK, 02 FEB (NAMPA) – President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah on Monday urged Cabinet to accelerate the implementation of development programmes, warning that time constraints would define the performance of the Eighth Administration.
Opening Cabinet for the 2026 calendar year, Nandi-Ndaitwah said only four years remained of the five-year mandate to advance Vision 2030.
“Every day, every hour and every decision must count,” she said.
