1st LD: Factory fire breaks out at S. Korea's Siheung, level 1 emergency response issued

SEOUL, Feb. 3 (Xinhua) -- A fire broke out Tuesday afternoon at an SPC Samlip factory in Siheung, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea, with no immediate reports of casualties, according to Yonhap News Agency. Fire officials received a report of a blaze inside the factory and issued a Level 1 emergency response at 3:06 p.m., mobilizing equipment from three to seven fire stations.
