Major incident declared after fire broke out at hospital

LONDON, Feb. 1 (Xinhua) -- A major incident was declared on Sunday after a fire broke out at Southampton General Hospital in southern England. Fire crews were called to the hospital in the morning. Patients have been evacuated, and the nearby roads have been closed by emergency services.
