MOSCOW, February 1 (RIA Novosti) - Costa Ricans will go to the polls on Sunday to elect a president, two vice presidents, and all 57 members of parliament for a five-year term. Twenty candidates are running for the country's top job. If no presidential contender secures at least 40% of valid votes in the first round, a runoff election will be held on April 5.
