A US judge denied Saturday a bid by the state of Minnesota to force Immigration and Customs Enforcement to suspend its sweeping raids in the state. Minnesota argued that the federal operation violated its states rights, but federal judge Katherine Menendez wrote in a ruling "ultimately, the Court finds that the balance of harms does not decisively favor an injunction." gw/dw ...
