BEIJING, Jan. 31 (Xinhua) -- At the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping, President of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay Yamandu Orsi will pay a state visit to China from Feb. 1 to 7. Orsi was born in the Canelones Department of Uruguay on June 13, 1967. He previously served as secretary general of the intendancy of Canelones and the intendant of the department.
